An established financial institution is seeking a ServiceNow Platform Administrator for a remote opportunity. The role focuses on administering and supporting the ServiceNow platform across production and non-production environments, with an emphasis on stability, upgrades, governance, and operational excellence. Please no 3rd Parties
About the Opportunity: Schedule: Monday through Friday Hours: Standard business Setting: Remote
Responsibilities: Provide primary operational support for the ServiceNow platform Monitor platform performance, stability, and overall operational readiness Support upgrade preparation, environment validation, and post-upgrade stabilization Manage administrative permissions, developer access, and environment-related requests Track platform defects, problem records, support cases, and remediation plans through resolution
Qualifications: Experience with ServiceNow system administration and platform operations Experience with ServiceNow modules and capabilities including ITSM, HRSD, CSM, Employee Center, Service Catalog, Virtual Agent, and Flow Designer Experience with ServiceNow platform upgrades and release management Strong understanding of Incident, Problem, Change, and Knowledge Management processes Experience with ServiceNow instance cloning and environment management Experience administering ServiceNow integrations and plugins Experience providing operational support and working with vendors Knowledge of performance monitoring and platform governance Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills
