ServiceNow HRSD Engineer

ServiceNow Project Manager / Delivery Manager Location: Woodlawn, MD | Onsite 5 days/week Interview: In-person interview required

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree + 10 years of relevant IT/project management experience, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of project/program management experience in enterprise technology environments
• Experience delivering large-scale IT implementations, governance, oversight, and executive stakeholder engagement
• 3+ years of experience managing ServiceNow implementation programs within a federal agency or equivalent transformation environment
• Working knowledge of ServiceNow administration, configuration, platform operations, and module functionality
• Experience with ITSM, ITOM, HAM/SAM, CMDB/Discovery, HRSD, CSM, CMP, and related ServiceNow modules
• Experience with Jira and MS Project
• Strong experience managing project schedules, RAID logs, dashboards, ROMs, and contract deliverables
• Experience coordinating sprint ceremonies, release readiness, production deployments, integration planning, and UAT
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Experience with security/ATO documentation, platform governance, and user training/enablement
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Experience:

• ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, CIS ITSM, CIS SAM, or CIS APM
• Experience working with SSA or other federal clients
• Agile, hybrid, or traditional project management experience
• PMP, Scrum/Agile, or SAFe certification
• ATO/security documentation and FedRAMP alignment
• Experience managing matrixed teams across architecture, development, operations, and business units
