About the Role: We're seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Developer to join our Atlanta team for a 6-month project focused on Event Management solutions. You'll be working on critical IT Operations Management initiatives that help streamline our infrastructure monitoring and incident response capabilities.

What You'll Do:

• Configure and customize ServiceNow ITOM Event Management modules
• Design and implement event processing workflows and rules
• Integrate monitoring tools with ServiceNow for automated event correlation
• Develop custom applications and enhancements within ServiceNow platform
• Create and maintain event management dashboards and reporting
• Collaborate with IT operations teams to optimize event handling processes
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues and performance bottlenecks
• Document technical solutions and provide knowledge transfer

What We're Looking For:

• 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITOM Event Management module
• Experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript, Business Rules)
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and IT operations best practices
• Familiarity with monitoring tools integration (Nagios, Splunk, etc.)
• Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and web services
• ServiceNow certifications preferred (CSA, CIS-ITOM)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
