Experience That May Be a Fit

• Plaintiff-side personal injury litigation including automobile accidents premises liability catastrophic injury or wrongful death matters.

• Managing cases from intake and investigation through settlement or trial.

• Conducting depositions discovery and motion practice.

• Negotiating settlements with insurance carriers and defense counsel.

• Experience with mediations hearings jury trials or trial preparation .

• Working directly with injured clients and their families.
