Job Title : CNC Operator
Pay : $17 - $21 per hour
Hours : 1st Shift - 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Start Date : ASAP

What You'll Do


As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for:
• Setting up, operating, and monitoring CNC mills, lathes, and multi-turret/spindle machines.
• Loading raw materials, verifying tooling, and ensuring proper machine setup for each job.
• Interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, and job instructions accurately.
• Performing in-process inspections using micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring tools to maintain high-quality standards.
• Ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.


What You'll Bring


The ideal candidate for this role will have:
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 2+ years of CNC machining or operating experience with mills, lathes, or both.
• At least 6 months experience with setup operations for CNC, Mill, Lathe, etc.
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Experience with multi-turret/spindle machines is a plus.
• Attention to detail, quality-oriented mindset, and commitment to safety.

Location & Schedule :


This position is on-site in Elyria, OH, and offers a day shift from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
