CNC HAAS Machinist 5 axis

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and optimize 5-axis CNC machines (Haas)
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions to ensure accurate part production
• Make program edits and offsets to maintain dimensional accuracy and quality standards
• Perform in-process and final inspections using precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges, etc.)
• Troubleshoot machining and tooling issues to minimize downtime
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiency

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of CNC machining experience , including 5-axis machining
• Hands-on experience with Haas machines , including setup and program editing
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T
• Experience working with tight tolerances and short production runs
• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening

Shift: 2nd Shift - Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM-11:30 PM
Pay: $25-$30/hour (based on experience)
