Cnc Operator & Programmer - 1st shift

Description:

• Produce accurate parts utilizing state-of-the-art CNC machining centers from prints and work
  instructions.
• Should have knowledge of tool holders, cutting tools, and fixtures. Including inspection
  of cutting tool effectiveness and wear.
• Measure high tolerance parts by using precision measuring instruments such as:
  micrometers, calipers, optical comparator, dial indicators, go no-go gages, height stands.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of Fanuc & Haas controlled CNC lathe and mill centers.
• Must be able to inspect your work and verify all work performed.
• Required to have ability to program from 3D models and 2D CAD.
• Ability to use instruments like micrometers, calipers, optical comparator, dial indicators,
  go/no-go gages, and height stands.
• Gibbs CAM knowledge a plus!
• Tool & Die Knowledge a plus
• Wire EDM knowledge a plus
• Ability to multitask
