Desktop Support Engineer

Shaarpro is seeking an experienced L3 Desktop Support specialist in Los Angeles to provide expert-level assistance for Windows and macOS devices, Microsoft 365, and Teams. You will help maintain endpoint security and serve as an escalation point for complex incidents. You will support audio/visual and collaboration systems to keep the team productive, troubleshoot end-user issues, and work with Tier 1 and 2 technicians to resolve problems efficiently. #J-18808-Ljbffr
