What You'll Do

As an independent contractor, you'll:

• Build professional relationships through digital networking and conversations
• Connect with individuals interested in leadership and professional development
• Share your industry knowledge, transformation and professional insights through online platforms
• Participate in ongoing leadership and communication training
• Follow established systems while managing your own schedule
• Continue developing your consulting, communication and relationship-building capabilities

Your Background

We're interested in professionals with experience in areas such as:

• Human Resources
• Talent Acquisition
• Recruitment
• Learning & Development
• Organisational Development
• People & Culture
• Leadership Development
• Executive or Career Coaching

You'll also bring:

• At least five years of professional experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Confidence using digital communication tools such as LinkedIn and Zoom
• A proactive, self-managed approach to work
• A genuine interest in continuous learning and professional development
