Position Summary The Business Development Representative is responsible for generating new commercial roofing opportunities, managing a consistent sales pipeline, and closing deals that support RTP's growth goals. This role focuses on reroof and service sales, requiring a professional who can build lasting relationships with commercial clients, work closely with estimating and operations, and sell on value while protecting margins.
