Job Description Our client, a world leader in diagnostics and biotechnology, is looking for a "US Medical Systems Analytics & Reporting Specialist" based out of South San Francisco, CA (Hybrid). Job Duration Long Term Contract (Possibility Of Extension) Pay Rate $87/hr on W2 Job Overview Seeking a Systems, Analytics & Reporting Specialist to support the Medical Education & Communication team. This role will lead system optimization, analytics, reporting, and process automation while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to improve data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Manage and optimize systems, platforms, and reporting infrastructure Lead system transitions, implementations, and user adoption initiatives Develop dashboards, analytics, and automated reporting solutions using Salesforce, Tableau/Qlik, and Google tools Analyze organizational and portfolio data to identify trends, risks, and actionable insights Automate manual processes to improve operational efficiency and data accuracy Conduct data audits and maintain compliance with internal policies and workflows Provide user training, technical support, and documentation for systems and reporting processesCollaborate cross-functionally with business and technical stakeholders Qualifications 5+ years of experience in systems administration, business analytics, reporting, or related roles Advanced experience with Salesforce, Tableau/Qlik, and Google Workspace Strong understanding of Medical Affairs/Medical Information operations in pharma or biotech Proven project management and stakeholder management experience Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Key Skills Data analytics & visualization Reporting automation & dashboard developmentSystems optimization & process improvement Cross-functional collaboration Attention to detail and data integrity management If interested, please send us your updated resume at View email address on click.appcast.io/View email address on click.appcast.io #J-18808-Ljbffr JobRx, Inc.
