As a Member Experience & Benefits Consultant, you'll serve as a professional resource for prospective and existing clients throughout their experience.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Conduct scheduled Zoom and phone appointments

• Welcome and assist prospective clients

• Connect with individuals and families interested in available benefits

• Ask questions to understand individual needs and priorities

• Listen carefully to client questions and concerns

• Explain benefit information in clear, understandable language

• Provide personalized, professional service

• Assist with applicable enrollment and documentation

• Follow up consistently

• Help existing clients with applicable policy-service needs

• Assist with beneficiary-related requests

• Maintain accurate digital client records

• Manage appointments and follow-up activities

• Build lasting relationships through dependable service

Your goal is to create a positive client experience before, during, and after enrollment.

Once appropriately licensed, you'll help clients understand available  life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options .

Rather than providing a one-size-fits-all experience, you'll learn how to understand each client's situation and explain available options based on their needs.

• Identifying individual and family protection priorities

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must:

• Be at least 18 years of age

• Be physically located within the  United States

• Be legally authorized to work in the United States

• Have access to a reliable computer or laptop
