Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Role Overview: This full-time position involves managing a diverse patient panel in outpatient primary care, including acute, chronic, and wellness visits, both in-office and via telehealth. Responsibilities Conduct patient assessments and treatments, utilizing clinical training for procedures. Collaborate with in-office and virtual teams through daily huddles and clinical rounds. Engage in continuous learning and professional development. Provide evidence-based, human-centered primary care tailored to individuals of all backgrounds. Qualifications & Skills Completed an accredited FNP or PA program with national certification. Practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least 2 years in outpatient primary care (or 1 year plus additional relevant experience). Licensed to practice in Washington. Excellent communication skills, adaptability, clinical proficiency, and a passion for primary care.
