NorBella Champlin, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Caregiver, HHA/CNA to join our team! NorBella Champlin is located in Champlin, MN, just off Hwy 169 and 117th Ave N next to a nice residential neighborhood and Elm Creek Park Reserve. This convenient location provides a peaceful lifestyle while remaining close to local shops, restaurants, and more. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our 40-unit apartment-style community providing Assisted Living and Memory Care services. Shifts Available: Part-Time AMs (Every Other Weekend 6am-2pm), PMs (2pm-10pm), & NOCs (10pm-6am); On-Call HHA Wage: $17.00-$22.00 per hour CNA Wage: $19.00-$24.00 per hour Shift Differential: $1.00 for PMs, $2.00 for NOCs In this position, you will be providing support to our residents with their personal care services including: CNA’s and HHA’s provide direct care to all genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity. Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care. Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care. Assist with medication administration. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in an assisted living community is preferred. Strong interest in healthcare. Strong customer service and communication skills.
