About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations, Financial Strategy, and Initiatives to play a pivotal role in the Production and Distribution Finance team. This senior leadership position is focused on providing operational finance support to the Operations and Technology (O&T) team, with a strong emphasis on strategic decision-making, financial value creation, and the management of day-to-day financial operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the President of Operations and Technology and the O&T Leadership Team in aligning financial strategies with the company's initiatives, particularly in the areas of scale, technology, and operational process optimization. Key responsibilities include managing the full suite of operational finance support, enabling live production activities, and overseeing financial aspects of key vendor relationships and company facilities. Applicants for the Vice President role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or accounting, with a minimum of 10 years' experience in accounting or finance. Strong project management skills, a proven track record in senior financial management, and leadership experience are essential. While not mandatory, experience in production, technology, and engineering finance, as well as knowledge of capital project planning and oversight, is highly valued. The role requires a candidate with a strong execution focus, the ability to multitask, and a background in the media and entertainment industry is a significant advantage.
