HR and Admin Specialist

- Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive
- People oriented and results driven;
- Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics;
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases;
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills;
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company;
- In-depth knowledge of local labor law and HR best practices;
- Degree in Human Resources or related field. 1. Human Resources Management:
- Responsible for employee recruitment, selection, onboarding, transfer, and resignation procedures.
- Manage employee files and data, ensuring confidentiality and security.
- Assist in performance evaluations, salary adjustments, and provide support and advice to employees.
- Organize employee training and development programs, communicating with training vendors and arranging training courses.
- Handle daily administrative affairs, including document management, agenda arrangement, and meeting organization.
- Draft, collate, and archive various administrative documents, reports, and information, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate communication and collaboration between departments and external partners, providing English language support and consultation.
- Responsible for the statistics and analysis of administrative data, providing relevant reports and analysis results to support management decisions.
