Step into a rewarding contract opportunity focused on helping preschool students in California develop vital communication skills. This role spans multiple school sites, providing full-time hours for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with the chance to make a significant difference for youngsters aged 3-5. You'll work alongside a collaborative SLP colleague and manage an engaging caseload of up to 50 students. The position is set to begin as soon as possible and runs through June 17, 2026.

Essential Qualifications:

• Active California SLP license or eligibility; open to SLPs with CCC, CFY, and SLPA credentials
• Experience in pediatrics, specifically within preschool or early childhood settings
• Strong background in school-based and/or healthcare SLP services
• Teletherapy competence preferred
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Comfort working across multiple school locations

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver assessments and individualized and group therapy to preschoolers, focusing on speech, language, and communication development
• Monitor, document, and report progress for a caseload of up to 50 students
• Collaborate daily with another SLP, teachers, OTs, and school staff to create supportive learning environments
• Facilitate IEP meetings, maintain accurate records, and provide parent/teacher consultations as needed
• Help integrate therapy strategies within classroom routines
