Operations Manager

Seeking a hands-on Operations Manager to lead production operations within our manufacturing facility. This individual will be responsible for driving safety, quality, productivity, employee engagement, and operational performance while leading supervisors and production teams across multiple departments. The Operations Manager will work closely with maintenance, engineering, quality, warehouse, and leadership teams to ensure production goals are achieved while maintaining a strong culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Lead daily manufacturing and production operations

Manage and develop production supervisors and frontline employees

Drive productivity, efficiency, quality, and safety initiatives

Monitor and improve KPIs including throughput, downtime, waste, and labor utilization

Support workforce planning, staffing, training, and employee development

Partner with maintenance and engineering to improve equipment reliability

Resolve production issues and operational bottlenecks

Foster a positive, high-accountability culture focused on results

5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience

Experience managing supervisors and large production teams

Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations and production processes

Demonstrated success driving operational improvements

Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills

Food and beverage manufacturing experience preferred but not required

Intermediate Level

This is a Permanent position based out of Burlington, NC.

The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $85000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Burlington,NC.
