This role involves functioning as a lead to Kids Care staff, fostering meaningful relationships with children and parents, and maintaining efficient operations.**Responsibilities:*** Build meaningful and memorable relationships with children and their families.* Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming atmosphere for all children in the program.* Design and implement age-appropriate learning and educational activities.* Foster a playful and family-friendly environment that promotes fun and engagement.* Maintain professional appearance and demonstrate a courteous and helpful attitude.* Recruit, hire, train, and supervise staff, ensuring adherence to department standards and expectations.* Collaborate with team members to build a strong, cohesive, and effective team environment.* Schedule staff shifts and approve payroll and time-off requests, ensuring alignment with budgeted hours.* Monitor program performance, implement improvements, and attend departmental meetings as necessary.* Build strong relationships with fitness facility members, promoting a sense of community and trust.**Qualifications:*** Prior customer service and childcare experience required.* Current CPR/AED and First Aid certification required (must have infant, child & adult).* At least 6 months of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.* Demonstrated ability to create engaging projects and activities for children.* Outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* Genuine enthusiasm and passion for working with children.* Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Per pay transparency requirements, the compensation for this position ranges from $16.00/hour to $18.00/hour. Minimum rates may vary based on local wage laws. Pay is dependent on factors including site location, specialty, certifications and work experience as well as other business needs.
