$100k - $120k Salary:
$100,000–$120,000 base salary (dependent on experience) + bonus opportunities

Job Summary:
Our client is seeking licensed Physical Therapists to join a growing outpatient practice focused on delivering innovative, patient-centered care. Job Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions to improve outcomes
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and caregivers on recovery and prevention strategies
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient success
- Provide exceptional patient-centered care experiences
- Uphold clinical quality standards and best practices
- Utilize advanced therapy programs and treatment technology
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program
- Active Washington Physical Therapy license (or eligible for licensure)
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Passion for delivering high-quality patient care
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
