Job Description GG Media is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Event Coordinator to support the planning and execution of a variety of events. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who excels in fast-paced environments and is passionate about delivering seamless and memorable event experiences. The Event Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring that all aspects of event operations run efficiently from concept to completion. Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events and promotional activities
- Manage event logistics, including scheduling, vendor coordination, and on-site setup
- Maintain clear communication with internal teams and external partners
- Monitor timelines and ensure all deliverables are completed within deadlines
- Support budget tracking and resource allocation
- Conduct post-event evaluations and provide insights for future improvements
- Ensure all events align with company standards and client expectations
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
