Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on a diverse population seeking outpatient mental health services, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and various other mental health concerns. You will employ trauma-informed approaches and utilize evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to help clients navigate their mental health journeys effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, or a related field.

• Current Licensure in Washington State as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or as an Associate (LMHC-A).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
