Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, family, and group counseling sessions tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. You will engage in real-time therapy that incorporates cognitive behavioral techniques and motivational interviewing.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will span a diverse demographic, including children, adolescents, and adults facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. By understanding each individual's context—cultural background, socioeconomic status, and personal history—you will be equipped to provide tailored strategies that foster healing and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required. Candidates with a Master's degree are preferred.

• Active licensure in the State of Washington as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in mental health counseling, preferably in an outpatient setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
