Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Psychologist, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington State.

• Demonstrated experience in addressing mental health needs in individuals with co-occurring medical conditions.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
\n
• Commitment to maintaining professional boundaries, adhering to ethical guidelines, and ensuring patient confidentiality.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record systems and computer applications related to mental health treatment.

• Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in integrated care settings, particularly while working with populations facing both mental health and medical challenges.

Compensation and Benefits\n
