In this fully remote position, you will leverage your expertise in mental health counseling to provide direct telehealth services to adolescents and young adults. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual counseling sessions with clients through secure telehealth platforms, using evidence-based approaches to address individual needs.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, maintaining a maximum of 8 clients per group to foster deeper relationships and effective therapeutic work.

• Assess client needs and develop personalized treatment plans, regularly updating them based on the client's progress and feedback.
\n
• Participate in case discussions with fellow clinicians to exchange insights and develop collaborative strategies for client care.

• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client interactions and treatment approaches in accordance with organizational policies and ethical standards.

• Engage in continuous professional development through access to free Continuing Education Units (CEUs) relevant to your professional interests and licensing requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus specifically on adolescents and young adults, a demographic increasingly affected by mental health issues. You will provide a safe, non-judgmental space for these clients to explore their feelings and challenges, helping them to navigate their mental health journeys effectively. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• A current, valid license in one of the following: LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT.

• Availability to dedicate between 12 and 40 hours per week to provide counseling services, depending on whether you choose a 1099 contract or W2 employment status.

• Experience with telehealth services is preferred but not required.
\n
• A demonstrated passion for working with adolescents and young adults in a therapeutic context.

• Previous experience as a mental health counselor in outpatient settings.

• Familiarity with evidence-based practices for treating anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders.

• Experience in facilitating group therapy sessions and creating engaging activities for clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 - 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to salary, we provide all clinicians with access to free, online CEUs, flexible scheduling, and the opportunity to work from any remote location in the United States.
