This position predominantly operates in a remote work setting, complemented by occasional in-person interactions at our outpatient therapy facility. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide crisis management and ongoing support to clients, utilizing strong diagnostic and clinical skills to formulate treatment plans.

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments and operate within a full scope of practice that includes psychotherapy, behavior modification, and case management collaboration.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and psychodynamic therapy, tailoring your approach based on individual patient needs.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of client progress using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems, ensuring compliance with state regulations and best practices.

• Follow client responses to treatment through data-driven methodologies, evaluating outcomes regularly to adapt therapeutic interventions as necessary.

• Work independently while demonstrating sound judgment in delivering high-quality care and services to clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on clients experiencing a range of mental health challenges including, but not limited to, Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), anxiety disorders, PTSD, trauma, and grief. We aim to foster a therapeutic alliance with each patient, ensuring a compassionate and non-judgmental approach is at the heart of our practice. The ideal candidate will not only excel in clinical knowledge but also possess an innate ability to connect with clients on a personal level.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a mental health counselor (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) in the state of Washington.

• Proven experience in mental health counseling with a solid understanding of various psychotherapy modalities and mental health disorders.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to a non-judgmental approach to patient interactions.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple clients' needs effectively.

• Authorized to work in the U.S. with no history of medical malpractice claims verified by a third party.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 105,000 annually, reflective of your skills and experience.
