Key Responsibilities\n

• Participate actively in supervision and professional development sessions by preparing materials, discussing case studies, and reviewing recorded sessions.

• Maintain and manage comprehensive client records, ensuring that documentation is both timely and accurate in compliance with regulatory standards.

• Coordinate with partner agencies to facilitate client access to additional services and resources, making outreach visits as needed.
\n
• Conduct thorough research on best practices in the field and contribute insights and findings to departmental projects as assigned by your supervisor.
\n
• Hold client consultations and work collaboratively with other professionals within the organization to enhance treatment efficacy.
\n
• Write detailed case notes and comprehensive client assessments that inform individualized treatment planning.
\n
• Contribute to the development and ongoing revision of clients' Individual Treatment Plans (ITP), adapting methodologies to meet evolving needs.
\n
• Assist treating therapists with scoring and interpreting psychometric assessments, ensuring accurate reporting of results to clients and stakeholders.
\n
• Conduct supervision sessions in collaboration with the site supervisor aimed at enhancing therapeutic skills and professional growth.
\n
• Engage in regular meetings with staff and clinical team members to discuss case management, share updates, and align on goals and strategies for client care.
\n
• Identify and familiarize yourself with agency resources, services, and systems to ensure seamless client navigation.
\n
• Complete necessary agency orientation processes to understand policies and procedures, and connect with fellow staff members effectively.
\n
• Prepare thoroughly for client sessions by revisiting case notes and conducting specific research on pertinent client concerns.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor within our organization, you will work with a diverse population of clients facing various challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related discipline is required.

• A valid social work license according to state regulations (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) is mandatory.

• Authorization to work in the U.S. is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
