Smedley Law Group, P.C. is a fast-growing, values-driven family law firm seeking an experienced Non-Attorney Sales Professional with a strong conversion ability to contribute to our firm in a fully remote role. The successful candidate will ultimately build a sales team from the ground up to ensure a flawless end-to-end intake process.

What Will You Do?

• Convert qualified leads into retained clients through consultative sales techniques
• Build trust and rapport while navigating sensitive personal matters
• Deliver an exceptional client experience from first contact through onboarding
• Maintain accurate tracking, reporting, and follow-up—excellent CRM hygiene is a must!
• Help design and scale intake systems, processes, and future team development

Who Are We Looking For?

• Proven record of sales success, preferably in a family law firm setting (closing to retainer)
• Experience in consultative/relationship-based selling approaches and overcoming objections in a high emotion environment
• Skilled at leading in-depth, emotionally charged conversations, extracting key information from complex narratives, and identifying the underlying problems in order to present tailored solutions with confidence
• Motivated by results, thriving in an environment that emphasizes KPI accountability
• Positive attitude with a values-centered mindset
• Resourceful and self-directed, with excellent organizational habits and a commitment to accuracy and consistency.
• Advanced CRM proficiency, Lawmatics CRM experience highly preferred
