The primary purpose of this position is to manage the Accounts Payable process and to assist in maintaining Business Office processes.Essential Job Functions are as follows:Receive and review all invoices and accounts payable documents and expense codingProcess payments in Blackbaud Financial EdgeManage internal credit card statement processPrimary point of contact for questions related to invoice coding and invoice paymentsProcess monthly Bank Draft payments and ensure proper documentationVendor communication1099 vendor managementRequirementsAccounts Payable experience preferredQuick learner with the ability to work independently or as a core team memberExcellent customer service skillsStrong communication, public relations, organizational, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work with confidential information and with a high level of ethical integrityAbility to meet deadlinesPrevious experience in Financial Edge preferred but not requiredCompensation: Determined by experienceStart Date: August 2026San Marcos Academy offers medical insurance, 403(b) retirement plan matching, SMA tuition discounts, and vacation and personal time.
