As a Security Officer Part Time Patrol Shift in San Francisco CA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls and more. What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a retail location.
• Respond to incidents disturbances and/or critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner while communicating clearly with staff visitors and/or local authorities as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor entrances parking areas stockroom areas and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points observe customer and employee activity and document security-related events policy violations and/or maintenance concerns according to site procedures.
• Support loss prevention and asset protection efforts by reporting suspicious behavior assisting with incident response and maintaining a visible presence throughout the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
