REMOTE Medical Paralegal - NY, NJ, PA or FL

MEDICAL PARALEGAL Location: Remote (Pennsylvania, New York, Florida, or New Jersey) Compensation Hourly Rate: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour (based on experience). Job Summary Our client is seeking a full-time Medical Paralegal to support its Workers' Compensation and Personal Injury practice. This is a fully remote opportunity for candidates residing in Pennsylvania, New York, Florida, or New Jersey . The ideal candidate will have at least one year of Workers' Compensation or Personal Injury experience, along with a strong understanding of orthopedic medical terminology. This role requires the ability to review and interpret medical records, prepare detailed treatment timelines, and ensure compliance with policy language and treatment guidelines. This is a fast-paced position that demands exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to successfully manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Responsibilities Prepare detailed medical treatment timelines using provided medical records. Review, analyze, and interpret medical records, policy language, and treatment guidelines. Apply orthopedic medical terminology during case preparation and medical record review. Provide litigation support to attorneys handling Workers' Compensation and Personal Injury matters. Organize and maintain case files while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance. Manage multiple assignments in a deadline-driven environment. Utilize Google Chrome and Gmail for daily communication and workflow management. Assist with additional case management and litigation support duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of Workers' Compensation or Personal Injury experience required. Strong understanding of orthopedic medical terminology required. Professional Paralegal Certification and/or a college degree required. Proficiency with Google Chrome and Gmail. Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while meeting strict deadlines. Must reside in Pennsylvania, New York, Florida, or New Jersey.
