We’re hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR)for our Houston-area client! We are looking for experienced, reliable, hard-working employees who can interview immediately!
DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:
- Job Title: Customer Service Representative (CSR)
- Location: Houston, TX
- Pay: $18/HR
- Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday
- Duration: Temp-to-Hire
- Description of Duties: Provide excellent customer service, communicate with customers over the phone, respond to professional email inquiries, use a computer to complete daily tasks, and assist with basic measurements and calculations.
- Requirements:
- Ability to use a computer
- Ability to send professional emails
- Strong verbal communication skills and ability to communicate effectively over the phone
- Ability to read a tape measure
- Ability to perform simple math
