Assistant Property Manager

We are offering an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Property Manager, with great technical and people skills, to play a key role at Glacier West Location in Tualatin, OR.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Handles day to day operations of the facility Answers calls and emails in a timely and professional manner Performs daily site checks Collecting and processing payments Performing daily and weekly reports, marketing, surveys, inventory, cleaning and maintenance Property Inspections Primary point of contact for contractor and vendor work on site Location Open Monday - Saturday M-F 9:30am - 6:00pm Saturday 9:30am - 5:00pm Schedule is typically Monday through Friday for this role, however, flexibility is required

QUALIFICATIONS:

Employee must possess a valid DL Light cleaning and maintenance experience Ability to work independently without onsite supervision Self-Storage experience is a significant plus Competitive Salary & bonuses.
