Service Department / Repair & Maintenance Roofing Foreman

Job Description

Red River Roofing, Siding & Windows is looking for experienced Roofing Foreman to lead our repair crews. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who excels at running jobs efficiently, mentoring technicians, and delivering high-quality repairs.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise a crew of repair technicians on daily jobs
Schedule and coordinate repair and maintenance work
Perform and oversee roof, siding, window, and gutter repairs
Ensure all work meets Red River’s quality and safety standards
Communicate directly with customers and provide excellent service
Complete job documentation, photos, and reports accurately
Train and develop technicians on best practices
Enforce safety protocols on every job site

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of experience in roofing/siding/window repairs (preferred but will train the right candidate)
Previous leadership or foreman experience (preferred but will train the right candidate)
Strong knowledge of residential and light commercial repairs
Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
Ability to lead a team and get the job done right the first time
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Oklahoma roofing license is a plus
