Call Center Representative

Job Responsibilities: Answer and manage incoming calls in a timely and professional manner. Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments. Provide general information about services, procedures, and clinic policies. Verify patient insurance coverage and eligibility. Assist with prior authorization requests and follow-ups.
