NetSuite Account Manager

NetSuite, the first cloud ERP company, is experiencing record growth with over 20,000 customers. We seek Sales Account Managers to sustain and expand adoption of NetSuite’s suite of cloud‑based solutions—including ERP, Accounting, CRM, PSA, and eCommerce—within a portfolio of existing customers. About the Opportunity Upsell and cross‑sell business application solutions to an existing base of NetSuite clients. Maintain and develop an active pipeline of forecasted opportunities to meet monthly quota objectives while working with your manager. Drive pipeline velocity activities, including customer references, complete quotes, and contract preparation and execution. Collaborate internally with peers, leadership, value‑added teams, marketing, and enablement to increase sales performance. Improve overall customer happiness within assigned customer accounts. Analyze customers’ business needs, identify strategic partnership opportunities, and develop strategies to ensure customer growth, satisfaction, and retention. Lead and drive sales opportunities through strategic selling, negotiate and close business, and maintain ongoing relationships with clients. Hybrid – in‑office role with a minimum of 20% annual travel for on‑site customer visits. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of SaaS/Technology sales experience (or similar) with a proven track record of success. Regularly appears on your company’s top‑producer list with verifiable sales statistics. Known for a strong work ethic, laser focus, passion, and dedication.
