Environmental Manager

The Environmental Manager performs and participates in procedures and programs to minimize environmental risks and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements by performing the following duties:PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESCompletes all tasks associated with air and water permitting, waste management and environmental complianceComfortable working with regulatory agencies to maintain compliance with permit requirementsMust be able to research, read, and understand federal, state, and local regulationsWorks with minimal supervisionPerforms facility audits, inspections, and trainingImplements procedures as needed for compliance Accurate and timely reportingMay be responsible for environmental projects at plant locationTravel to industrial plant locations in the US approximately twice per month.JobFamilyEH&SPayTypeSalaryTravelRequiredtrue
