Commercial Lease Administrator

LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a Prestigious Real Estate firm to fill a Permanent/Direct Hire Lease Administration & Accounts Receivable position to join their team in Midtown, Manhattan. We are searching for a candidate with strong Commercial/Residential Lease Administration experience. Responsibilities Maintain lease records and ensure all lease documents, amendments, renewals, and notices are accurately documented and filed. Review lease agreements and abstract key financial and operational terms into lease management systems. Track critical lease dates including commencements, expirations, renewals, rent escalations, and option periods. Verify rent schedules, CAM charges, and other lease-related billing requirements. Assist with tenant correspondence related to lease administration matters. Support audits and reporting by providing lease documentation and analysis. Generate and distribute rent invoices and tenant billing statements. Monitor tenant accounts and ensure timely collection of rent and other receivables. Apply cash receipts and reconcile tenant account balances. Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues. Conduct collection efforts on delinquent accounts and maintain detailed records of collection activities. Prepare aging reports and provide updates on outstanding receivables. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred. 3+ years of experience in residential/commercial Real Estate lease administration Experience with Yardi, MRI, RealPage, or other property management systems. Excellent attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
