Bartender at Dukunoo Jamaican Kitchen

Dukunoo Jamaican Kitchen located in Miami, FL is looking for a few great bartenders to join our 60 person strong team. Located in the heart of Wynwood, 316 Nw 24th St Miami, FL. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, personable, punctual, and hard-working with adequate certifications and at least 2years experience or more to offer.

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
• Assess customers needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
• Plan and present bar menu
• Check customer's identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Qualifications

• Proven working experience as a bartender (3 years or more)
• Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
• Knowledge of a second language will be considered a plus
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
• Relevant training certificate(s) -Ie. Alcohol Training Course Certificate / ServSafe
• Available on weekends
