Job Description
Job Description Draft, review, and edit legal documents, including briefs, motions, discovery requests, and subpoenas, under attorney supervision. Organize and maintain case files, discovery materials, and evidence. Obtain, review, and summarize medical records, bills, and other case-related documents. Coordinate with clients, medical providers, insurance companies, witnesses, and experts. File documents electronically in state and federal courts via E-Courts and PACER. Assist attorneys with trial preparation, client communications, and case strategy. Prepare settlement packages, trial binders, and exhibits for hearings or trials. Track and report billable hours; assist with invoicing as needed. Support the litigation team with other case-related tasks as required. Flexibility to work overtime to meet deadlines or court requirements.Vacancy posted 2 days ago
