We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Litigation Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive support to attorneys throughout all phases of litigation, from case inception through trial. This role requires strong multitasking skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

** Key Responsibilities: **

· Assist attorneys with all phases of litigation, including case management and trial preparation.

· Draft, review, and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, subpoenas, notices, and correspondence.

· Manage the discovery process, including drafting and responding to discovery demands, organizing document productions, preparing interrogatories, and tracking deadlines.

· Prepare exhibits, witness files, trial binders, and other materials for hearings, depositions, mediations, and trial.

· Coordinate and schedule depositions, court appearances, client meetings, and attorney calendars.

· Conduct legal research and summarize findings when needed.

· Maintain case files, both electronic and physical, ensuring organization and accuracy.

· Communicate with clients, courts, opposing counsel, experts, and vendors in a professional manner.

· Monitor court deadlines and ensure timely filings in state and federal courts.

· Assist with settlement packages and mediation submissions.

** Qualifications: **

· Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, court rules, and filing systems.

· Experience with discovery, pleadings, motions, and trial preparation required.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
