Litigation Paralegal - Personal Injury

Job Title: Litigation Paralegal - Personal Injury
Company: Personal injury law firm Location: Floral Park, NYSalary: Commensurate with experience + benefits
Status: Full-Time and Permanent Employment - On-site FT
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct client intake and maintain ongoing communication
- Manage No-Fault claims , including disability, lost wages, and property damage
- Track medical treatment , request and review medical records
- Investigate and evaluate case facts to support litigation strategy
- Maintain heavy contact with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers
- Assist attorneys in case preparation, discovery, and settlement negotiations
- Draft legal documents and correspondence
- Organize case files and ensure deadlines are met
- 2+ years of litigation paralegal experience in personal injury law
- Strong understanding of No-Fault and insurance procedures
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to take initiative , exercise sound judgment, and work independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in legal case management software and Microsoft Office
