A personal injury law firm seeks a Bilingual Spanish paralegal/legal assistant to join their growing Mineola office.
DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Set up claim in database and with insurance company
- Maintain Client Relationships
- Interview clients
- Prepare legal documents for attorney's approval
- Maintain document control system
- Oversee cases by managing files and documents
- Coordinate with support services and clients
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Computer savvy
- Multi-tasking
- Detail Oriented/Highly Organized
- Bilingual Spanish
- Personal injury case management experience
- Litigation experience is a plus
