Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as needed.

Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.

Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired shades and textures.

Inspect completed work for quality and make necessary touch-ups.

Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met.

Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment.

Communicate effectively with clients to understand their vision and preferences.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a painter in residential or commercial settings.
