Laminator Operator - Flexible Packaging (AM & PM Shift) - Plant 3 Belmark is seeking individuals to join our team at our Flexible Packaging plant in De Pere, WI. We create many of the labels, cartons, pressure‑sensitive, and flexible film that consumers see daily when shopping for various items. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a solventless laminator at the highest efficiency possible while following standard operating procedures and work instructions to produce a high‑quality product. A pre‑employment drug test and a background check are required if offered the position. Schedule: AM shift hours are from 4:00 A.M. – 4:00 P.M. with a schedule of 3 days on and 4 days off PM shift hours are from 4:00 P.M. – 4:00 A.M. with a schedule of 3 days on and 4 days off 12‑hour shifts with consistent hours, NO SWING SHIFT Many employees enjoy the rotating shift due to the days off received, which allows time to accomplish things around the home and spend time with friends and family Pay: $23.00 – $25.00 per hour. The hourly rate for this position is determined by the level of the role, relevant experience, and may incorporate shift differentials, ensuring fair compensation that reflects both expertise and responsibilities entailed. Shift differential for the AM shift is $1.00 per hour and $2.00 per hour for the PM shift. What will I do in this role?
