Staff Accountant

You will play a key role in ensuring our financial health through bank and general ledger reconciliations, journal entry preparation, and providing the insights needed for internal financial reporting. Your Day-to-Day Impact Maintain Financial Integrity: Record and maintain journal entries to ensure all financial activity is captured accurately and on schedule. Operational Excellence: Manage AP, AR, and general ledger operations while coordinating bank deposits. Variance Resolution: Support the reconciliation of general ledger accounts by researching and correcting variances. Full-Cycle Support: Participate in month-end and year-end close activities to ensure timely and accurate reporting. Transactional Management: Pay vendor invoices, track bank account balances, and accurately record or apply customer payments to the correct accounts. What You Bring to the Table Experience: 3–5 years of previous experience as an accountant, bookkeeper, or in a similar position. Software Proficiency: Strong experience with QuickBooks Online and Bill.com. Platform Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Google email. Communication: Excellent interpersonal abilities to work effectively across different departments. Organizational Prowess: The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with a strong attention to detail. Salary Range: $65,000 – $75,000 annually.
