Job Description
Midwest multi-disciplined engineering firm is looking to add an Automation Engineer to their Peoria team!

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the design,installation, commissioning and testing process, and instrumentation &control systems (SCADA)
Collaborate with internaldepartments including information technology, engineering, and operations
Provide project management, manageteams, and ensure quality control during all phases of project
Provide instrumentation &control design services for water/wastewater treatment facilities, pumpingstations, and related facilities
Onsite work for municipalclients (instrumentation configuration, installation assistance, andcontrol system and process start-up/testing
On-call 24/7 (rotate weekly) totroubleshoot instrumentation/control issues

Requirements:

B.S. degree in ElectricalEngineering or Electrical Engineering Technology
5+ years of experience asan Electrical/Controls Engineer performing design, programming,installation and startup tasks
Programming experience usingPLCs, SCADA, and OITs software
Experience using various products (Concentric Integration primarily include Allen-Bradley SLC, MicroLogix, CompactLogix, ControlLogix, PanelView, Rockwell FactoryTalk View, GE iFIX, Inductive Automation Ignition, Wonderware System Platform, InTouch, and other hardware/software)
Advanced computer skills
Auto CAD/Visio experience preferred

Salary is commensurate with experience.
