We're seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Las Vegas, Nevada . In this role, you'll serve as a trusted recruiting partner, supporting high-volume hiring needs while delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. From sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting new hire onboarding, you'll play a critical role in helping build a high-performing workforce. What You'll Do Manage high-volume recruitment efforts across multiple openings and business units Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies Source, screen, and interview candidates for both exempt and non-exempt positions Coordinate candidate communications, interview scheduling, and hiring activities Guide hiring managers on interviewing best practices, candidate evaluation, and retention strategies Support offer creation, background checks, drug screening, and onboarding processes Track recruiting metrics, staffing reports, and hiring trends to drive data-informed decisions Plan and support hiring events, career fairs, recruiting open houses, and community outreach initiatives Maintain job postings and requisitions within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Develop innovative sourcing strategies and talent pipelines to attract top talent Promote employee referral programs and cultivate relationships with local colleges, universities, and trade schools What We're Looking For 2-3 years of recruiting or staffing experience in a high-volume environment Previous experience conducting phone screens and in-person interviews Experience recruiting for both hourly and salaried positions Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Experience partnering with hiring managers and advising on recruitment best practices Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Intermediate Microsoft Office and PowerPoint skills High level of integrity and professionalism when handling confidential information Flexibility to work varying hours as business needs require Ability to travel locally and regionally when needed Why Join Us?
