Why You’ll Love Working at Vacatia As our Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting the full recruitment lifecycle by coordinating interviews, maintaining recruiting systems, assisting with onboarding, and ensuring every candidate receives a positive and professional experience. Your responsibilities will include: Coordinate virtual and in-person interviews with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the interview process Create interview schedules and candidate communications Post and manage job openings across recruiting platforms Maintain accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Coordinate background checks and pre-employment activities Prepare onboarding documentation for new hires Track recruiting metrics, reports, and hiring activity Partner with Human Resources to ensure a smooth transition from candidate to employee Assist with recruiting events, career fairs, hiring initiatives, and sourcing projects Support continuous improvement of recruiting processes while maintaining compliance and confidentiality A Rewarding Career with Exceptional Benefits Weekly pay Paid training Paid Time Off 401(k) with company match Life & AD&D Insurance Wellness Program & EAP Employee discounts (Tickets at Work, Perks at Work) Education Assistance Program What You Bring We're looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys creating outstanding experiences for both candidates and hiring managers. Qualifications: Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience) 1+ year of recruiting coordination, human resources, administrative support, or talent acquisition experience preferred Experience supporting high-volume recruiting environments is a plus Hospitality, vacation ownership, resort, or customer service recruiting experience is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams) Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS platforms, or recruiting software preferred Ability to work independently while collaborating across departments Join Us At Vacatia, you'll become part of a collaborative team dedicated to finding exceptional talent that helps our company grow.
