Site Facilities Manager

Location Highfield Road, Malton, North Yorkshire, YO17 7DB About this Role Ideally, we are seeking someone with experience in building maintenance and/or a relevant trade such as joinery, plumbing, or decorating. A strong understanding of health and safety, including knowledge of relevant legislation, is essential. Above all, we are looking for a candidate who is committed to maintaining high standards of premises safety, security, and upkeep. The role will also involve booking, coordinating, and overseeing contractors working on site. The successful candidate will receive appropriate training, ongoing support, and mentoring from an experienced Site Facilities Manager.
